Ran over my SKS Shockboard today..

Has anybody dealt with warentee service from these folks. The company appears to be German, trying to find a NA distributor or website but no luck so far.

Anyway, the little wedge that fits in the fork crown of my front suspension fork broke, 1 arm broke off and the entire fender fell out and I ran it over (fender is fine) but I was wondering how I can contact the company to get a new wedge piece. I've had the thing for less than a year now. Right now I reconnected it and it's holding but I used some string to tie the fender to the crown of the fork so it wont fall off again.

Anyway, know who I should contact, I purchased the unit I believe from Performance last summer. I can try them too if somebody doesn't know the mfgr or US distributor.

You might try contacting Peter White Cycles. They are an SKS dealer in New Hampshire. Perhaps they can help.

Thanks, I finally found them,

www.sks-germany.com

They have an English page too so I emailed them about warentee service just now...

[edit -] Cool, quick reply, I am getting a replacement part US mailed to me now... Nice CS SKS!
