Specifically, their pannier attachment system as used on REI panniers. Anyone know where to get replacement parts? REI's Seattle Flagship store knows little, but thinks they may be getting some unspecified parts. "It's been an issue." Their website shows upper hooks, but I need a new lower clip, which apparently slid off the mounting rail.
