Yellow Bike Tires

Hello - this may sound a bit silly to you, but I'm looking for some yellow tires. I have a 2008 Kona Dew FS and I need new tires for it. My friend has yellow tires and it looks pretty cool - I have only been able to find yellow tires that are 700x23 however...I think this is too skinny for my wheels. Does anyone know of any tires that offer a little more strength that are yellow? Thanks!

Yeah i was taking a look at that - problem is they're all too skinny..if you look at the link you'll see they're all 700x23...I'm trying to avoid something that skinny...i dont think it would match well with my wheels. I'm not even sure what the best size for me is...im thinking 700x28 or 700x32. Any advice? Any tires? I'm coming to the conclusion that a 700x28-700x32 yellow hybrid tire does not exist

just get some yellow velocity rims and use whatever tire you like...alot more work but a whole lot cooler than just tires

Panaracer supposably makes T-servs from 25-37mm in yellow, but I haven't been able to find any in this country. Even e-mailed the company 3 times with no response.

I would kill somebody,in front of his own momma, for a set of 26x1.75 yellow T-servs.

Try searching for cyclocross tires. They'll be wider and tire companies are always making them in wild colors.

There's a special mango colored Schwalbe Stelvio for Dahon's 20 inch Speed Pro TT folding bicycle. They're probably wider than 1.25", but I don't know if Schwalbe makes them for larger wheel sizes.

So it seems that the panaracer T-servs are the ultimate yellow tire for this size - perfect tire! Like dynarider said, impossible to find. I have called several places. I saw a set on ebay for $100 + shipping from Japan, but that's too much! I called a lot of people and emailed some others. I got a response back from panaracer direct saying that "due to overwhelming demand" they're totally tapped out until mid October...around then a new batch will be released. I'll be eagerly waiting.

If you're willing to use 700x25 you could get continental gp4000's. I have a set and I've been pretty happy with them.

My friend just told me that colored tires are rare because they became gang symbols and local governments have legislated against them https://findarticles.com/p/articles/m...s_/ai_n9960695

Not exactly what you're looking for, they aren't "yellow" but Sweetskinz makes some fairly eye-catching 700x37C tires in a few of their designs.
