I'm not sure if they still are being produced but Zoom used to make some MTB bars called Brahma and Fastrak bars that had built in bar-end extensions. Perhaps some creative handlebar furniture arrangement could also be done with those.

I keep seeing these bars posted on ebay. I asked the seller if he had a brand or model for them and he didn't. Anyone have experience with these?

Those look like Zoom Brahmas.

I run bars like this on my commuter- an 80's Fuji roadbike. Mine were made by GT and I got them off of Nashbar during one of their warehouse clearance events.

I run the bars so the ends are parallel with the ground and I've replaced the road brake levers with mountain-style levers, which are compatible with my 80's single-pivot brakes. I really like these bars- plenty of leverage for climbing and sprinting through traffic, and a good variety of positions to keep my piano-ticklers from going numb. Instead of grips, I use thick foam tape, which has held up really well over a year or so of solid commuting. I think of these bars as mini-bullhorns.

These are super-expensive, put are adjustable and narrower than the other options. Anyone seen or used them?

In case you haven't already found out, those are Zoom Brahma bars and I LOVE mine. I bought the other variation shown in khuon's post where they curve further in. These give me at east 4 or five hand positions.
