Okay...so as a proud owner of a charcoal Vaya, I am just going to throw this out there....the Vaya is about the nicest looking and best riding bike I have ever seen. I'll try to post pics of mine soon. I added a Salsa rear rack and some Salsa cowbell 3 bars tonight.

Here she is in commuter mode. (Touring mode has front rack as well plus some extra gadgets)
http://liveoncenjoy.com/SMF/MGalleryItem.php?id=570 Seriously, I was looking at this thread and my first thought was, "That is a really nice looking bike." Then I realized I had seen it before. Too much carbon on the road forum makes the mind go mushy. |

That bike is much hotter here than it was on the road forum. :thumb:

So many bikes to admire here! OK, this is my Surly 1X1 I recently picked up on craigslist. I swapped out many of the parts with new ones or ones from my old bike. My favorite additions are the Brooks saddle and Salsa Woodchipper bars. A fun bike to build and even more fun to ride. My short 7 mile round-trip commute seems even shorter now!

My road bike that I now have a rear rack on so I can use it for commuting when I want to.
http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h2...9/IMG_6529.jpg[/QUOTE] I have one, too. Check your seatpost often for cracks. Mine cracked the first or second year. Warranty replacement. But I want to get an aluminum one for safety. |

New Trek fx 7.3 disk. Pic of it out on a nice last weekend with it. Need to swap out the bar and grips for something a little more comfortable that I can put some bar ends on.

I probably won't commute much on this 1995 Giant Allegre, but I thought I would share some shots I took this weekend.

Only partly kidding, if you have them lined up, not only does it look better, but it makes finding the small things in the tire that caused the puncture much easier. z |
I have gone on a weight reduction program (< 23 pounds as fitted) for those sunny, rain free, baggage free days.

Very beautiful bike. I am wondering why only one tire has a brand name patch, and why the one that I can see isnt lined up properly with the valve? ;)
