How many miles for 2008?

OK, I'll be the first....

I've gone 2637 miles this year on my Specialized Globe City 6 commuter bike.

How many miles did you put on this year?

Bought my bike in March, not having ridden in 20 years, and I've put 3800 on it. A 30 mile daily commute really helps heap the millage on. I did my first century about 10 days ago. I expect to do at least twice that in 2009

First year I ever kept track and I finished out with 2305. I don't have a computer on the bike, so I did my mileage calculations using Google Walking Maps (gpeds) and am pretty my total is a little conservative. The bike is an old Raleigh M60 mountain bike set up for road use.

7384 miles in 2008. About 90 percent of those miles are commute related, from 221 roundtrip commute days. Most miles are on a Rivendell Atlantis, with 1200 on a Surly Crosscheck internal gear Nexus 8 bike.

Bikes: Eight of them...

I've only kept track for basically the last four months of '08, and I've logged 814 miles on my fixed gear MTB turned commuter. Not bad for only living 2.5 miles from work.

I take the scenic route a lot.

Bikes: Bacchetta Agio, 80s Raleigh Record single-speed, Surly Big Dummy

712.8 miles on my hybrid
1525.8 miles on my recumbent
2238.6 total miles.

I didn't separate mileage by trip, so I'm unsure how many are commuting miles.

I intend to ride at least 5000 miles for 2009, and drive less than 3500. Wish me luck!

3661 for the year. 16202 on the bike since I bought it. I only have one bike. Zero non-commuting miles - I don't have time to do any recreational riding.

i don't use a cycle comp on my commute, its only 6 miles round trip and its one more thing to put on or take off the bike. i'd hate for anything to get stolen.

commute ~1.5k miles
fun/training 1k miles

probably will be more next year, i hope anyways.

I don't have a comp either. I use that green light site to log my miles.
