As long as you have a place to let them air and dry out all day, there should be no problem with wearing them twice in the same day. Bacteria need a moist environment with bio-solids/food to grow fast. Multiple days supplies more moisture and "fuel" for the bacteria to grow, as would letting them stew in a plastic bag all day.
Just let them dry out during the day at work, don't wear the same pair without at least washing them with soap in the sink, and you should be fine.

LOL, I know, I was being silly. I've read there is some sort of belief that you should not wear under garments while in bike shorts but I think that's just an awful idea. I need support and a barrier between my nasty self and my nice clothes. Besides where's that grotesque picture of that team with their spandex squished peens? Leave somethings to the imagination...
