That IS odd.

Yesterday, I was waiting in a jug handle to cross a 4 lane hwy under low light conditions and rain. All the cars had their lights on as did I. I had a delayed green. After the last car made a left in front of me I got a tiny jump on the cagers . I was the first to hit the far side of the intersection when ZOOM! A green mtn bike flashed right in front of me as he crossed the intersection on the far shoulder. Against my green light and he had no lights on the bike. I was shocked for a second and then hadda laugh. Never saw the like in 3 years of commuting. So he was riding on the wrong side of the road, jumping the traffic lights with no lights of his own. Ya CAN'T get mad at utter cluelessness.
