I'd like to get change as little as I can at work and carry as little as I must. So, I wear "dressy" quick dry pants cycling to work and apply waterproof paste on my work leather shoes. All I need to change is my shirt . The pants will dry in 30mins and my shoes are dry as a bone.

When it rains I get wet. You do need to be careful when riding through puddles, got a pinch flat on a big pothole the other day.
