No commuter stations where I ride near the bike commuter wasteland around Ohare.
None in the suburbs either. Not even any of the Bike to Metra promos going on at the train stations I use.
Hopefully I will see more bike commuters than normal this week. Nothing out of the ordinary yet though.

One of my friends was mentioning one of the other bike to work weeks earlier in the year, and asked me if I was going to do that. I told her I still only ride to work once or twice a week, and had been doing it for a few weeks already. Hope the job hunting is going well for you.

The office-leg of my commute takes me through a little of Franklin Park, Schiller Park, Bensenville, and Chicago. I'm used to being alone out there. I'd guess that on less than 5% of my commutes do I see another bike on the road.

That is good. Where are you supposed to get the 4oz of beer? Seems kind of strange - like the Miller 64 commercials.

I saw one guy on a bike actually on the road today. And get this, he was riding on the correct side of the road. This is a rare occurrence indeed.
