Thanks Unknown DC Bike Commuter!
Thank you, unknown DC bike commuter, for helping get me over the Key Bridge as I wobbled sweaty, frightened, tired, and bonked from 60 miles on the C & O. This was on Friday the 19th, about 5:30 or 6:00 PM. I looked like this, but considerably dirtier:

I remember you were about 5' 9" or so, and wore a sports shirt, jeans, business casual shoes, and had a bright yellow clip around your right ankle. As soon as I saw that dorky clip I knew you knew what you were doing on a bike. Thank you again for getting me across safely. BTW, the wobble in my rear wheel was a loose quick release.

Can't take credit for that one personally, but there are some nice, thoughtful, helpful commuters around here. Read through the post about your completion of the Pittsburgh-DC-PA tour. Look forward to checking out more pics on flickr and reading your account! Sounds like it was quite a ride...
