ungainly...but cool!

There was a guy developing a line of Bike trailers that popped up into tents. Those seemed a little more useful.

BikePortland.org had a story on a bike-home not too long ago. Here's a pic from it...click the pic to see more.

Without seeing the inside it is hard to judge. While it looks cool and ingenious it does not look practical. I think I like what Jtgyk posted about the trailer tent. Though at those prices it seems I might be able to rig together something similar.

I suppose that you could sleep reclining against the wall. It's only a little better compared to the other bikable house, the one with the bubble window that you sleep with your head inside.. Nothing would thrill me more but to wake up to see some "two legged varmint" with a gun or a sledgehammer fixing to blow out both that stupid little bubble and my brains. To clarify, although both have got the "Gee Whiz" factor further refinement of the design of the bikable house is required.

Thanks dynodonn. It looks like that thing would weigh a ton with everything included.
