I'm continuing to skip it and stay healthy. Did you see the 60 minutes episode on this? It's good to see people questioning the need for the vaccine.

I am in denial. Nothing should stop me from commuting. I am breathing out of my mouth way too much with balaklava on. When the temperature is above freezing, I am fine.

I rode almost all of last year without getting very sick. However working overnights I tend to be cautious about my health. Multivitamins, Green Tea, fruits and vegetables i'm sure also help. I also spray the house down with Hepacide spray.

I eat well and get plenty of rest, and I ride everyday.

The winters I stick to the steam room I never seem to get sick.
I can ride as long as I'm not puking.

I managed to catch something mild and flu-ish. Nausea/puking on day 1. Headache/fever on day 2. Hopefully by the end of the weekend I'll feel better.

Mostly I'm pissed because it wrecks my start schedule for my R-12 attempt.
