High vis pack cover

I want a rain cover for my backpack, and I would prefer it to be more visible than the uncovered pack. All the outdoors/backpacking covers I have found are drab colors.

Vissi makes a nice one, but I can only find it in the UK.

Anyone know of other options?

Does it have to be waterproof? When I am riding at night with my messenger bag, I figure that the bag itself would be covering most of my back so the impact of my reflective vest would be minimal. So rather than that, I drape the neon yellow safety vest over the bag with the straps through the arm holes. I tie/ velcro the front shut so it doesn't move and take off. The same concept should work for a backpack.
Another option would be to get yourself a standard pack cover and sew or iron on reflective strips in attention grabbing patterns.

Waterproofness is important.

I have found several lightweight backpacking raincovers in yellow on Amazon. They are possibilities, though I'd prefer more durability.

The Probike kit and the Vissi covers are very nice, except that shipping to the US starts at 20 bucks. I may go with them in the end, but wanted to see if there were solutions closer/with a lower shipping cost.

Thanks for the inputs!

I use a pannier from Arkel. It came with the optional rain cover. It is bright yellow and has a wide reflective stripe. So far it has proven to be waterproof. You can order the rain covers on their own here. If you scroll down the page under "Urban Series" you will find the "Bug Backpack Rain Cover." I imagine it would work for virtually any backpack, plus it's only $20 USD. Not bad for visibility and protection from the elements.

I recommend getting a pannier rain cover.

Is there a US website? Probikekit.com advertises free shipping to UK, and in the terms and conditions they note 12 british pounds shipping for orders outside the EU.
