20 degrees F this morning. Wish I could teleport myself and a bike to that ride. Can bikes be teleported?

No offense, Sancycles, but if your point is to spread the word about cycling in your community over the Internet, it seems to me like a web page on a site w/ free or cheap hosting might be a better way to go than tons of posts on BF... I enjoy what you're submitting to a point, but I can't help but get the feeling that you're trying to turn threads in an open, multi-participant forum into your own personal/organizational web pages. There are more effective ways to have a personal/organizational website or blog, like creating an actual personal/organizational website or blog.
