Schwalbe Marathon Racer tire (700c)
I'm looking for a tire that's reasonably high volume, reasonably quick rolling, and with decent puncture resistance (and they should shine my shoes, too).
Any feedback on the Marathon Racers (700x35c)?

It provides a modest amount of puncture protection, while maintaining light weight. It's certainly not our most puncture resistant protection system.
10 Wheels, was there any one type of puncture that you were plagued with? That seems like a cruel number of flats to get in only 2600 miles.
Mile High, I might recommend (at least in our line of tires) the Marathon Supreme. It's a bit more money, but fills every other requirement that you list above. If you do a search, you will find additional posts regarding this tire. If you have any questions, you can certainly drop me a note.

I have the Racers on my rando wheels (a lighter/faster wheelset for my touring bike which I use for LD rides). They're brand new. Only have 100 miles on them, but I like them a lot so far. No flats yet, knock on wood.

It depends on what you are looking for I've had the slick and racer. Currently riding the racer. I like the tire. No flats yet. I did have problem with one slick where I got a screw in the sidewall. My fault, so I used that as reason to switch to racers.
