I'm taking an art class this semester, and I find myself needing to transport large (18x24") pads of paper in the rain without getting them drenched. Are there any cycling artists on here that could recommend a waterproof portfolio case that would be suitable for carrying on a bike?

I'm curious what you're doing to carry it. I was lucky last semester and I didn't have to take anything very large, but I'm unsure about next semester.

Can you roll them up? There are are waterproof tubes. Easier to carry to carry too: they have a sling so you carry them on your back.

Yep. At least in the "winter" months.

Nope. These don't roll. Stiff cardboard backs.

The song is "it never rains in southern California... " and no that isn't true either.
