Actual Width of 700C Michelin City Tires

I'm interested in the actual width (measured with calipers) of 700C Michelin City tires in the larger widths. They come in 32, 25, 38, 40 and 47 mm widths. I know the 35's measure 34.5 mm on my 23 mm Araya rims. Are the others as close as marked?

I have some 28's that measure 30mm, but your rims help determine the size.
