Ok now that is awesome... it combines my irrational love for small wheels with my irrational love for cargo bikes.

My PDX commute...

3/1/10 11am on the way to work. This is my commute, 13 miles each way. I have taken each bike, but this day I took the trextracycle (yeah I just made up that horrible name). Its felt sunnier then in the pictures. Mt hood is a great site to have everyday on the way to work.

The big dummy would be even better. The xtracycle on this bike works VERY well for my needs. I have ridden a friend up and down the spring water trail, she weighs 125-130lbs, very easily handled.

On the way home I bought two bags of bread, a bottle of wine, a big bunch of bananas, party size bag of pretzels, a big tube of brown caw yogurt and a bowl of hot soup from the deli. My laptop was also with me the whole day, these net books fit perfectly in the freeloader Velcro pocket. Still had plenty of room to stare, and the ride quality just gets smoother when adding weight.

You'll very much love having the BD.

I like how you managed to get Mt. Hood in those shots.
