Well, if it fits, and it's what you want, then yes. The Brooks can be sold for about $80 if you don't like it. ( give it 200-300 miles )
Edit, assumes that it's in good condition and doesn't require servicing or new parts, even then....

It looks like a late 1990's, and is in really good shape. No new parts needed, all tuned up. Apparently it has new brakes, new BB, new pedals.
