Disc brakes and racks
I just threw my rack from my road bike onto my Swobo Dixon, a 26 inch bike with disc brakes. Installation was fine, as was my commute - no issues at all.
I read in various places, however, that there are racks that are made for bikes with disc brakes, and other racks that are not to be used with disk brakes.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there some danger to the way I installed my rack, or am I just worrying too much???
Thanks for your help.

If it fit, you're good. Most standard racks will not work if the brakes are mounted on the seat stays. If they are on the chain stays, rack mounting problems are much less likely. The Dixon has the brakes on the chainstays, so no issues. Enjoy your new ride worry free!
