Anyone from Louisville, KY???
I am moving there (louisville, ky) in about a month. First real job fresh out of college. I am going to live about 27 miles from louisville, and plan on bike commuting most of the time. La Grange is the current place my girlfriend and I are looking for a place to stay.
So, onto a few questions. How are the motorists and traffic coming into the city center in the morning? Should I fear for my life, or are they relatively progressive?
Anything I should know before attempting this? Bike shop recommendations?

Yes, there are several of us out here. LaGrange is a pretty long commute to downtown. Check https://maps.google.com or https://www.ridethecity.com/louisville.

I live in Carrollton, which is about 20 miles in the opposite direction from La Grange. Louisville has a pretty active cycling club, so I think you'll be pleased.
