Ortlieb Backroller Classic Issue
Has anyone ever had an Ortlieb Backroller Classic pannier come apart at the seam at the top as shown below? I am wondering if this is normal - it is only happening on one pannier - and if it is something to worry about.
Thanks.

Not Me ,
seam at the top? its open at the top, there is a tape of webbing sewn over the edge, and a plastic stiffener to help it roll up nicely.
I wouldn't call that a seam , but whatever.
You can hand sew the piece of tape back down.. over the edge if thats the problem..
If its one of the main welded vertical seams, I'd seek a replacement from the dealer ,
to send it back to get the problem analyzed you have to give it up, so they can see what the problem is.. [i can't open attachments , so I cant see the issue]
If you got them from REI they will exchange it , that's their policy.
someone else can get it from their returns sale and do the sewing repair and have a cheap set of premium bags.
