Looks nice but I can't for the life of me find a picture of the inside! I need to know about pockets and partitions and stuff... anyone have one?

Or is there another office-presentable bag you guys would recommend? I commute with clothes and food and papers so it needs to be at least this big (17L+)

I use the Carradice Bike Bureau (26L). It holds all my office clothing/shoes and comes standard with a laptop insert. It looks presentable in the office. Plus it's made of waterproof cotton duck.
