Crotch Bag

So how does one take all this:

and stash it in one of these inconspicuously?

Simple. stuff it all into a patent pending 'doosh bag or nut sack.' I'm still working on the name.

Then you shove it into your crack, of your seat that is. Hence the stupid name of the bag. haha.

Can you see it in the bad picture or the 2nd picture in the post?

I like nut sack.

Does it impact the way your seat flexes?

Nice, but lose the valve adapter and install some of these. And what's the uber-long angle hex driver for? Are those condoms (top-left)?

Bikes: The always reliable kuwie

Its a great idea, and i totally would buy one but, my seat has less than a half inch of space above it. And overall isn't anywhere near as roomy underneath as your brooks. But yeah go with nutsack

Man I was almost afraid to open this post with the title. I had visions of some hippy with a bag between legs.

I like the idea though especially being able to still use a seat bag for light jacket, snacks and personal stuff like a wallet,Sunglasses (us half blind folks tend to carry) and cell.

Good luck with it! I'd buy one if the price was right.

Interesting but why not just use a smallish seat bag?

This is where I keep my seat cover for my b17 - just roll it up and stuff it between the rails and seat. Just a note - you'll want to reinforce where the seat binding bolt would hit the bag.

stinkbag? plumber's rack? plumbers pack?

This way is inconspicuous, and you can still add a seat bag.

You can cut clutter with a good multi-tool. Mine even came with a spoke wrench, chain tool, and 2 tire levers that pop on and off it's sides.

Bikes: Some bikes. Hell, they're all the same, ain't they?

Works great on a Brooks and other saddles with a wide-open underside, but won't work on most other saddles on the market. You might be able to sell enough to be happy, though.

Bikes: trek 4300, optimized for utility and commuting

I take it that by "inconspicuous" you mean that your tools will be safe from would be thieves when you leave your bike locked, right? So the appeal would be to people who use multiple bags and packs and don't want to forget their tools or worry about them. I think if you play up those features you might sell a good amount of these. At first look i got the impression it was targeted to the "weight weenie" crowd, as they don't care to have bags hanging off any part of their bike. But they also don't use brooks saddles. The average brooks user likes to have a carradice or similar
so marketing wise I'd play up these features:
-never be without your toolkit again
-save room in your other bags
now, the biggest problem for your product will be the seat flex issue b/c nobody wants metal bits putting pressure on their soft bits.

His adapter allows him to use a service station hose to fill his tires. Your suggested adapter is useless to him since he already has presta valves.

Called leverage for tight nuts and bolts.

Gloves that help keep hands clean during maintenance.

For panniers or a trunk. I can lash road kill to it when i come across it. Saves money on groceries. I got tired of swapping my repair kit from bag to bag so came up with this sack that way it stays on my bike I won't accidentally forget it.
