I just found the best commuting bag for commuters. It's what they use in Germany. It is a set a pannier bags and a backpack that can be zipped on top of the pannier bags. It is so cool. Check it out at https://www.biria.com/parts/bags/, it's the bag at the bottom of the page. The quality is very high, and the price is also good, about $100. Comes with rain covers too.
