I was on a cycling tour of Bhutan last year and at one point, had stopped to double-check directions. A bunch of kids gathered around, and started poking around/asking questions in Bhutanese... one cheeky fellow even tried to measure my calves with his hands. And while all this was going around, one of the little rats coolly unzipped my saddle bag and took out all my riding money ($10-15 worth of cash I was carrying for snacks, soda, etc).

To give them credit, they left my multi-tool, repair kit, etc. untouched.

Makes me laugh, actually - it was a very nicely conducted heist.
