Upgrading to 20s 225

I really want to plush out the ride on my CAAD9, so I'm going to 22s I think, or 20s if the fork can still clear the tire. 225s would be awesome, cause I could let the tire eat all the bad road conditions and bonus, I'd get some extra fred creed here on BF.

Which rim choice would you fellas go with? I know that the usual assessment is "what I can find in the dumpster behind Safeway" but I thought I might only find cast iron back there?
