First Commute

After being off a bike for longer than I care to admit. I bikedfor the first time. I'm exhausted but never felt so good.

6.5 Miles one way. Took about an hour. I'm a big guy and took it slow. Hopefully that time will go down along with my weight.

Keep going! I have found by reading the commuting section, it keeps me going, plus I am aware of opporunities to ride my bike-going to the store, to eat, etc.

Awesome! I'm a new commuter, too. Just keep it fun and comfortable and the time will go down pretty significantly.
