walking into work wearing a kit

I went to work to pick up my phone charger which I have forgotten yesterday and I did after my 30+ mile ride. So I walk in wearing a full kit and peoples reactions were pretty funny. Its like as if I have walked out of a space ship lol

I don't wear a kit exactly but I do usually wear a jersey and basic shorts. I get comments occasionally from workmates but most don't think much of it.

Define "full kit". I wear a plain jersey and shorts and while I get the occasional lycra comment it would be MUCH worse if I was wearing a TdF race kit. That wouldn't look right on my fendered bike with Carradice panniers. LOL

Every workday, for over five years now. No big thang.

Not team kit, BTW, but commuter kit--black lycra and hi-viz jersey.

My standard commute gear is full kit except for the shorts. I wear mtb shorts w/internal lycra/padded combo in deference to social standards in a work enviornment. Unless it's raining then I wear lycra w/o the external fabric along with rain gear. By the time I change out of my work clothes to go home everybody's gone so it's not as much of an issue. It's been a long time since anyone's commented on my attire, but I always get people questioning my sanity.

Mine don't say anything. It kinda saddens me. But then again I rarely wear my shorts and jersey from work. An 11mi commute one way doesn't warrent the extra effort of changing
