I have 2 pairs of these that I always wear when cycling, dependent on the weather: https://www.sperian.com/Products/Uvex...site=/americas
I usually wear my pair with "espresso" lenses, but at night use the clear lens pair. They are sunglasses, safety glasses and safety goggles, all rolled into one. They keep water, sun and wind out of my eyes (seal against face, even without the strap), even during horrible downpours. I also like knowing that they can easily take a rock or a bug or whatever hit.

I don't wear corrective glasses but I do ride most of the time with sunglasses or clear glasses. My glasses have the removable lenses and I find it is easier to see in overcast/raining days with the one set of lenses. I also wear a baseball cap when raining. But I have had my cap blown off quite a few times.
I own a Tilley Hat and have been thinking of trying that during the rain. I am hoping the double straps will keep it on my head better.
