Groin injury
Pulled my left groin yesterday playing hockey just before the long weekend 
I wanted to bike in today but just the fact of sitting cause some disconfort, I choose not too. The good news is that I have 3 days to rest and hope I'll be able to get back on the bike by Tuesday. Oh well.. just ranting. Thanks for lostening/reading

Yeah whatever man. I'm not sure if that qualifies as "too much" information but it is certainly an unnecessary mental image if nothing else.
