I have not bought any more jerseys, wool or not. I have so many sleeveless, short sleeve, and full sleeve jerseys I could ride for 10 years w/o a purchase. It's very hard when I see jerseys discounted to $20 - $30 from $60+.
I have a plush bike fund from with hundreds of dollars just waiting for a target. I did release some pressure buying a GoPro Hero. I am hoping to reduce my bike fleet by 2 but that will just add another $1k to the pot. It could be worse...

I didn't buy a noseless saddle.
I picked the nose instead.

Well, I didnt buy the new cup holder I really wanted. Which sucks, but I really dont need it, I want it. I have more pearl iszumi wear then I need, but I really do wear it all. So I am trying really hard not to buy anything else this summer, saving for new studded snows.

I didn't buy a set of Planet Bike fenders. The Portlander in me was convinced otherwise, but I'm in SoCal temporarily, so no need other than people watering their lawns in the middle of the night.

Bikes: 96 gary fisher 'utopia' : 99 Softride 'Norwester'(for sale), 1972 Raleigh Twenty. Surly 1x1 converted to 1x8, 96 Turner Burner
After picking up a hardtail mtn bike last year on ebay (a surly 1x1, converted to a 1x8 for the trail). I now want a full suspensioner. But my concious tells me to pass on the several sweet bikes I've seen on ebay. One of which was an old santa cruz superlight that went for $510. I had trouble letting that one go by. Maybe next year.

There is so much cool bike gear out there, and so much hype about it all throughout BikeForums, I find myself continually thirsting for more. On our own local Chicago forum, www.thechainlink.org, there was recently a discussion about "how many bikes is too many?" The consensus was "somewhere between n+1 and infinity."
But that sort of smacks against the cycling ethic, doesn't it? If we are forever amassing new bike schwag, how are we any different than the throw-away culture we are hoping to change through a more sustainable means of transportation.
So, on that note... What have you recently decided NOT to buy? Not because you don't have the cash or space, but because you decided you didn't need it, and what you already own is suitable.
Here's mine:
-Brompton folder -- realized there would be almost no situations I couldn't make my full sized bike work
-Sturmey Archer drum brake front hub -- cleaned up my rims, scuffed up the pads, works well enough
-Light & Motion Vis 360 -- will likely spring for this come fall, but no need just yet
-New saddle -- decided mine is fine as it is, at least for now
