i got the same cranbrook cruiser but in blue & cream color at walmart for the same price.

the pedals are plastic garbage and should be replaced asap. I bought a new seat for it this week and my arse thanks me for it. I commute to work on it 80% of the bike commute time (other 20% is my other bike). I use it to run errands. I use it to take the kid to the park. its surprisingly quiet and smooth, plus its been a darn great work horse for only $80.

down side its heavy as all heck and the pin-striping is fake stickers which get rubbed off easily.

I got an older one of these Cranbrooks out of the neighbor's trash. I cleaned it up, touched up the paint, aired up the tires and rode it around downtown one day. I hated it because it was heavy slow and geared to high for me. I took off the fenders put them on my primary commuter for winter and sold the Cranbrtook on CL for $35 to a firefighter who was really excited about it as he put it in the indoor bike rack they had at the station. =)
