Bikes: Waterford RST-22, Bob Jackson World Tour, Ritchey Breakaway Cross, Soma Saga, De Bernardi SL, Specialized Sequoia

Bagels and cream cheese have as much or more calories than donuts. Muffins are even worse.

An Egg McMuffin from McDonalds is probably healthier and few calories than donuts, muffins or bagels. Seriously. Look it up if you don't believe me.

Healthier options could include fruit and yogurt, but you might not make any friends among your coworkers.

Thanks all,

I made a breakfast pizza. Sugar cookie crust, yogurt for sauce. Sliced apples, pineapples, grapes, strawberrys and blueberries. And a granola crumble on top. It was a big hit. I will keep this thread in mind IF I ever get to buy again. We have Nuclear Theory this week so I probably won't be buying Monday.

Thanks for the update . . . the suspense was killing me. How did you carry all that stuff on your bike? Must have assembled it there.
