continental gatorskins 700x28mm on my CC. they are great for hauling fast at 100 psi. and for actual off-road riding at 60 psi. i'm really pleased with them.

OP has already ordered his 32s, but just to chime in, I'm riding 700x50 Supremes right now, they've got about 3500 miles on them and seem like new. They were pricey though, if I had it to do over again, I'd try out Schwalbe Hurricanes.
