High visibility jacket that is breathable, not necessarily for rain

Hey, can anyone recommend me a good but affordable high visibility jacket. I wouldn't need it to necessarily be water-proof. I'm more concerned with visibility and moderate insulation. I was looking at some last winter but I completely forget which ones they were. Thanks for your help.

Lots of good options. Personally I prefer to use a vest than a jacket because they are more breathable, and couple that with arm warmers or long-sleeve jersey when it's colder. I've been using Pearl Izumi vests in screaming yellow for years and they work well for me. PI also makes light jackets in the same color but they are not as breathable. Voler also makes nice products and I believe they have light jacket in a similar color.

I really enjoy my hi viz Pearl Izumi gear, including their vest and light jacket in neon yellow-green - nice functionality and aesthetics. The fit and finish is so nice.

for the budget minded with patience< i recently got an O2 rainwear primary jacket from bonktown for about $25.00. Much more breathable than I thought.
