PDW Customer Service

Just wanted to put in a good word for PDW. The mounting clip on my Radbot broke and I emailed them to try and get another. Within an hour, Dan had replied and hooked me up with a couple of replacements. I was already impressed with their products but now I'm truly a committed customer.

The way that customer service should always be!

I had this same experience with their customer service. I actually didn't need anything replaced, but simply liked their personal emails and just emailed them to offer my $0.02. They seem like a good company.
