Remember the Civia Hyland?
This is the first bike QBP released in the Civia line. It was super expensive but was supposed to be a very well-designed frameset.
On eBay now as a frameset for $141.99.

One could put together a pretty cheap commuter with a frameset at that price.
If you do a search for "Civia" in the Cycling category, it reveals there are lots of Civia parts for sale cheap.

It's not frameset, it's just the frame. It's not clear if the dropouts are included, if they aren't and QBP doesn't have any to sell it's not much of a deal.
edit: Just checked Universal Cycles, they have Hyland frames, forks and dropouts, entire package runs ~$300, use the VIP15 discount code and save 15%, $255 for everything.

One of my former coworkers (I got a different job, he's still a friend) bought the Hyland Rohloff when they first came out, as a complete bike. I took it for a ride once, I was very impressed with the feel of it. I still very much envy the bike, especially the IGH, but since I bought a house this year, get married next month (and adopt two little boys), I'm pretty certain that I won't be able to afford anything like it for a few... well, ever.
