Minivelo Gazelle or Mercier Nano?

I found 2 geared mini-velos for under $300. The steel Mercier Nano (which looks a lot like the Windsor Nano) from Bikes Direct, and the Aluminum Gazelle for $250 from Roadbikeoutlet.com. I've seen some comments about the nano here but none about the Gazelle.

Does anyone have any experience with the Gazelle, or Nano that they would like to share?

On the folding forum there is a Bikes Direct Mini Velo thread that you might find useful. But for the most part they seem to like the bike.

Corrected, followed other links... saw, Gazelle in this case ..
its a model name , not a brand..
Site says they only stand behind it for only 1 year . couldn't be that great.

People seem to really like the Nano. Biggest complaint is that it's heavy, but the bike is really cheap. If I had room in the stable, I'd buy one. It seems like a well designed bike. Rack and fender eyelets, room for fat tires.
