I really like that! Great video and the chick wearing high heels gets extra points!
I have been trying to get some of the chefs I work with to come out and ride (we all have expanded waist lines!) and I hope this will help. Great incentive to also teach them about riding.

@Adam - if you have a smartphone or Garmin device, there is a free app that automatically uploads your ride data. I use this for my daily commutes and it works pretty well. Good luck and hope to see you on the Challenge.

I'm sorry to disappoint but I am not into anything that requires me to keep track of numbers, even it's automatic; besides I don't use any electronics on my commute, only on my weekend rides. I always had problems and issues with keeping track of any type of numbers. Not to mention that I'd forget about it most of the time. I'm a weird person.
