Thoughts on the KHS Cidi 3?

Yeah, I know I was asking about a mtb commuter a couple of weeks back, but that was more for the general community to use as a resource than my own particular needs.

Anyway, I have the n+1 itch something fierce, but budget has been constrained as of late. I'm on a temp to perm assignment now, and if/when I make the transition, I want to reward myself. I want to try out IGH, and the KHS Cidi 3 is one of the least cost models available locally.

Commute is roughly 6 miles r/t- and that's with errands on the way home thrown in. I'm riding like 98% of the time on crappy streets, but there are a few sections of grass/gravel/dirt/mud daily. Am I going to regret this type of geometry on that 2%?

And then the KHS Green is even cheaper still...
