I Found Her In The streets Naked And Alone

Hey there BF I Found a bike frame the other day tossed on the side of the road so I picked her up. She was completed striped had a horrible spray paint grey paint job , but the frame itself is in great condition . I have learned a few things upon inspection. The frame brand is FAGGIN o_@ never heard of it but I can tell its not a chepo frame because of the detailing it has. FAGGIN engraved on the seat stays . Where the crank enters, on fork crowns and has a fancy looking F where the stem enters. Also, as farms I know good older bikes had downtube shifters and chrome cainstays and forks which it has DTS and I can see chrom poking out from under the spray paint. Also under where the cranks go where there normally is moisture drain hole there is a large F cut out done in a Times new Roman looking font. The only sign ofa serial number I can see is where that F Is carved and looks. Like this

Anyone have some insight into this abandoned claim ?

Faggin has been building bicycles since the mid 40's, starting business after World War 2... they come with a good reputation for building a very nice frame and fork.
