I don't think you can order them from India. Not even through Ali Baba. It looks homemade. I bet it weighs well over 200 lbs. Did you check out the rear wheels? They are horse-cart wheels not bicycle wheels.
I suspect the Worksman trikes are much closer to what you need. I hope there are no hills on your route.
