What's your favorite riding temperature?
Mine is 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
I would say the 60's. I come from a veery hot island so thats a cool weather for me, were some others might find it hot
Anywhere between 50 and 60 F and I'm happy.
45-50 here in the hills (get overheated climbing). 60-ish when I'm touring somewhere flat.
As long as the wind is not in my face, anything between 25 and 85 is fine.
Anytime above 5*C to 45*c, life is good... :thumb:

Warm enough to not be cold wearing shorts and regular jersey but not enough to be hot. |
Whatever temperature I'm dressed for.
I'm enjoying the 0C right now as much as I was enjoying the 28C in the summer. It's all good. |
All of them.
I love anywhere from 50-75F
Any, really. Below about 40 I cough and my nose gets running, but here in SD we rarely see that during the day. Above maybe 95F I start to get hot. But I find that well above the 70s I'm still pretty comfortable as you have a good breeze going while biking. I can't stand running when it's warmer than about 60F - I get really hot.
60-70 overcast.
It's going to a bit of a wait. |
I the temps are in the low to middle 60's, humidity plays a role and the warmer it gets the more humidity I can take.
Like many here, I'm quite happy with temps in the 50's °F, with low humidity.
70's
I like the warm summer days best. 85°
Around 22-24. Warm enough to not need a jacket, but not so hot that I'm sweating like crazy.
70f

50-55, low humidity.
and a 50 mph 6 o'clock tail wind ;) |
50-80f
The warmer the better. It's not humid here, so I'm comfortable all the way up to 100. I'd choose 100 over 50 any day.

So do I, but that doesn't mean I'm picky. I can be comfortable in a wide range of temperatures. It's just that at 85°, I can wear shorts and be very, very happy.
for me, i enjoy the lower-mid 50s the best because i can wear shorts and a t-shirt, be very very happy, and not sweat too much. as it gets warmer from there, i don't get any more happy, but i sure as hell sweat more (proportional to the thermometer's rise) which makes me less happy overall. |
