Aaawww, I always think bickering IS fun. That's why I occasionally get yelled at by the demi-gods that run this place.

Basically, just common sense.
If I'm not mistaken, in most places it is illegal to do anything to interfere with firefighting or fire suppression equipment and you could be fined and/or your bike impounded even if there wasn't a fire in progress.
