You can "fold" a wire bead tire into a 9-10 inch diameter ring

If you have not already bought them, consider Schwalbe Marathon Supreme. Roll really nice, ride smooth, and flat protection is amazing. Knock on wood. Lol

Bikes: 2014 Trek Crossrip LTD, 2013 Raleigh Misceo

I like the looks of the Schwalbe's. I like the tpi, 7 more than the h2's. They are also the same weight as the h2's. However, they are double the price, and that is not taking into consideration the 10% off I'm getting at the lbs due to the bike purchase. I know they have to be good tires, as there are lots of folks on here that recommend them. I also think they the added expense would probably get you better compound and construction. That should translate into a "faster" (rolls more easily), and smoother ride. Need to save up some coin! Oh, I hate to use the "f" word in a post
