White Strobe
I need a good White Strobe as most of my ride is out in the country and I want to be seen far away. I used to have a Military surplus strobe that made folks think I was an alien attack force landing near their back yard. Can anyone give me suggestions and recommendations?

If you want a REAL strobe, Lightman is probably the way to go:

I use LEDs in strobe mode though. More durable and generally useful (you get a headlight too).

OK. I've never used one, I just know that once upon a time people here liked them. And they are "real" strobes. In my mind "strobe" means specifically gas discharge lamps. Flashing LEDs are just flashing lights, even if they're called a "strobe" mode.
That said, I used to use a proper strobe, but these days I just use flashing LEDs. They're far more reliable and these days I think just as effective if not more so. The actual strobes I used didn't agree with the bad roads I rode on and the photoflash capacitor would tear loose from the board about once a year.

Lightman is the xenon strobe generally available for cyclists. Battery life is poor.
Like others have commented, modern LEDs are good enough that I don't bother with finicky xenons anymore. But if you still think you want one, scuba retailers and hiking stores also sell white xenon strobes.
