Who needs Panniers when you can take a shopping cart! (Picture)

On my way to work last week, had to ride on the sidewalk because this guy took up the entire bike lane! What do you think? Was he Touring?
He was actually on his way to the recycling center I think.

Bikes: 13 salsa vaya, 90 klein pinnacle 01 lemond poprad, 98 klein quantum race, 91 trek 1100

when we were kids we would pull those things around for miles on sundays delivering papers. Anywhere from 50 to 75 papers and with all the fliers they were large.
