I'm in North Carolina and am dealing with some cold commutes. I know you guys up north are having some wicked cold ones. Let's see your cold commute selfies. Here's mine:http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=360957

Great picture.

I'm not one to take selfies, but I did the other day on my new record coldest morning commute of 23°F. 15 miles with no eye protection because it kept fogging up = not fun.

technically, this was from a trip to the post office, not a commute, but I'd look about the same either way.

This was my "6,000 mile selfie" from last year.

Here is one from last winter, waiting for the VRE train at the Franconia/Springfield station after my 7 mile ride from work.

You are an Alien.
OTOH - do I see eyeglasses under those goggles? How about fogging issues at those temps? The goggles were made to fit over glasses and to resist fogging. (Gordini ski goggles...about $50cdn at MEC) I wear both a balaclava and a buff. As long as neither get trapped under the goggle rim. The glasses do not fog. I've never had the goggles fog, trapped fabric or no. |

Hey neighbor!
My wife got a great shot of me leaving the house in the snow yesterday and I may have ended up in the paper, but until then, a shot of my bike will have to suffice: https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-J...129_081400.jpg |
